TARE INC is a
privately-held corporation located in Oldsmar, Florida (part of the
Tampa Bay area). We have been working with the industrial and
commercial weighing markets by supplying or integrating electronic
digital scales and systems, mechanical scales, and scale parts since
1956.
We have built custom
electronic scales for any and all applications - scales that have
proven to work trouble free for years of full service. These scales
can weigh with the accuracy of 0.001 and have a range up to 80,000
lbs. We will design and build a scale to fit your specific need for

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TARE INC. expressly warrants to its buyers
workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions. At its
option TARE INC will repair or replace, without charge, any goods
which it finds to be defective in either workmanship or materials
provided that TARE INC. has been notified by the buyer of the defect
prior to the termination of the warranty period, that the goods are
shipped to TARE INC. with its authorization and with all shipping
costs paid by the buyer, that the goods having been used under
normal operating conditions, and that no alterations have been made
to the goods. This remedy will be the buyer's sole and exclusive
remedy to any warranty claim. This expressed warranty is in lieu of
any other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness of an intended purpose. In
no event shall TARE INC. be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages from a warranty claim.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY: TARE INC. is committed to protecting the
