All NET prices listed in this catalog apply to
TARE INC customers that purchase a minimum
of $ 1,000.00 in a 12 month period. All other customers will be charged published LIST
pricing less 10%. Due to the vast number of products offered by TARE INC, we are unable to
guarantee all products at the price indicated in the catalog. All pricing is subject to
change without prior notice.
We stock in quantity most items shown in our catalog, and we will ship the same day
your order is received.
Minimum billing of $35.00 is required. All prices are F.O.B. Oldsmar, FL,

New customers: C.O.D. or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Open accounts to established customers.
We can ship by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Airborne, U.S. Parcel Post, or
Motor Freight. Please specify your preference and we will do everything possible to route
your shipments as you desire.

Any part that does not meet your specifications or satisfaction may be returned within
10 days without cost or obligation less standard restocking charge. No returns will be
accepted after 10 days without prior written authority from Tare.
TARE INCORPORATED expressly warrants to buyers for ONE YEAR from date of purchase
that the goods sold will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal
operating conditions. At its option, TARE INC. will repair or replace, without charge, any
goods which it finds to be defective in either workmanship or materials provided that TARE
INC. has been notified by the buyer of the defect prior to the termination of the warranty
period, that the goods are shipped to TARE INC. with its authorization and with all
shipping costs paid by the buyer, that the goods having been used under normal operating
conditions, and that no alterations have been made to the goods. This remedy will be the
buyer's sole and exclusive remedy in any warranty claim. This expressed warranty is in
lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness of an intended purpose. In no event shall TARE INC. be liable
for any incidental or consequential damages from a warranty claim.
